This is one of the topics that comes up from time to time on the list.
It seems that the Bonade ligatures are somewhat slick from plating which
causes them to slip and creep up the mouthpiece ever so slightly,
loosening the grip. I have solved this in the past by lightly sanding
the inside of the ligature with very fine sandpaper to roughen the
surface. This will immediately solve this and the ligature will perform
perfectly.
