I think it is time to re-post the following message, with the addition of
a brand-new (finished yesterday!) piece for sax quartet -

I am a composer who is interested in disseminating my music. I am
offering the following laser-printed finale scores and parts (with page
turns) for what it costs me to reproduce bound copies and to post them.
Please e-mail me privately with your snail mail address if you are
interested in any of the following:

1. Poh Ben Suite - an 8 minute, three movement set of jazz pieces for Bb
Clarinet and Piano. Written in 1992 for Clarinetist Ben Coleman and
Pianist Kee Poh Lim (two of my best friends in college), this suite was
premiered by them at Queens College, and has since been performed in both
Minneapolis and in NYC, and soon by Paolo Ravaglia (whom I met through his
response to a previous post) in Rome. (12 score pages, 5 part pages -
$5.70 plus postage.)

2. Boreas and Zephyrus - an 8 minute, single movement piece for Bb
Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, and Piano. Written in 1994 as a piece originally
for MIDI Clarinet and Electronics for John Anderson of the University of
Minnesota, I rearranged it in 1996. The new version was premiered in
March at the Chelsea Center on Long Island, by students of Naomi Drucker.
(9 score pages, 7 part pages - $5.60 plus postage.)

3. Concentric Dance - a 9 minute, single movement wind trio (Flute, Bb
Clarinet, and Bassoon), written in late 1996 for clarinetist Elena Lence
Talley of the ICA and her Mariah Wind Trio, who have performed the piece
in Kansas and Missouri. The piece is jazzy, with a minimalist tinge to
it. (14 score pages, 18 part pages - $7.20 plus postage).

4. Jiminez Suite - an 8 minute, three movement set of vignettes for
Woodwind Quintet, inspired by three poems dealing with memory and remorse
by Juan Ramon Jiminez. Written in 1993, this piece has been performed by
The Emerald Winds (Ohio), the North Woods Quintet (Minnesota), and the
Quintet of the Americas (New York). (16 score pages, 28 part pages - $8.40
plus postage).

5. Panta Rei - (a Greek expression for the experience of being "in time",
best described by Heraclitus, who said, "You can never step into the same
stream twice."). Scored for saxophone quartet (SATB), this is a single
movement, 8 minutes long. The piece contains many contrasts with fluid
transitions, ranging from hard-hittting to dance-like to arioso sections.
(18 score pages, 26 part pages - $8.40 plus postage).

Thank you for you indulgence.
