Hello all,
I am presently playing on a silver Harrison ligature which is approx. 7
years old with a modified Vandoren 5RV mouthpiece. I have recently
discovered that Harrison makes a gold ligature which is supposed to lend
itself to a darker(no offense intended to those more adept in the area of
vocabulary) tone quality. I tend to play somewhat sharp and wondered if
the gold Harrison would make any difference in intonation. I would
appreciate hearing from anyone who has knowledge in this area. Thanks in
advance!
Lynnette
