Herb Blayman of Belen, New Mexico makes a magnificent bass clarinet
stand that is perfect for any b.c. with a low C. It also has
attachments to it that permit one to play Mahler 3 (which requires
6 clarinets including two bass clarinets) without developing the
nervous twits.

Contact me privately and I'll give you the data on how to contact
Herb.
