I'm not sure where you are from. But if you live in phone shot of NYC you can
call Petelsons and they will send you anything. (I recently ordered the
Hindemith Violin/Clarinet duet to work on w/my father in law). They can be
reached at 212-757-5587 or 212-246-5633 FAX. In my experience if it is in
print, they can get ahold of it.
