Since you asked (and I assume you meant me, not the mythical "Mike"
Charette :)

Some mailers (such as Netscape Communicator) have the option to
send HTML messages back and forth; Netscape Communicator defaults this
to "on". I change it to "off" (in Netscape Communicator, it's the
"Edit/Preferences/Mail & Groups/Messages - By default, send HTML
messages" option unchecked). Again, in Communicator, if you want
specific people to get HTML messages (please, NOT Klarinet), you can
check off the "Prefers to receive rich text (HTML) mail" box in the
Address window.

Just to let everyone know again - I am NOT the list admin. I'm just a
