"nbsp" is part of "&nbsp" which is an HTML character entity for a
nonbreaking space. Somehow some messages to this list get put in HTML
(note the <HTML> at the start and end of these messages) and when you and
I read those messages all the source characters (like "&nbsp") appear on
our screens, making the text very, very difficult to read. Maybe Mark can
explain why some messages appear this way, and more importantly, how people
can avoid sending and/or receiving their messages in this very irritating
form. I've deleted all but your message and one sample "nbsp" message
below.
