Jerry,

I am stuffed up so much that I used to resort to nasal spray( like
Afrin or Neo-Synephrine) which my Dr. gave me hell for on a regular
basis. He has just recently prescribed some stuff called Flonase
which really works well. It takes a day or two to feel any relief
but after that as long as you use it on a daily basis it works very
well. I don't know if the stuff is appropriate for you - you'll have to
ask your doc about that. Hope this helps - I know how miserable
you feel when you're stuffed up.
