Nancy,
Obviously, I've been a bit too busy to keep up with mail. Trying
to get caught up and am only to May 5, as you can see :-). Anyway,
considering that the system you use at work may be dated, I can't help
much there. However, with most modern e-mail programs, and I believe
Eudora is the same(my hubby uses it, so knowing his lazy ways, I'd say
Eudora can't be too different ;-)), you simply highlight the area you
wish to remove, and hit the delete key. The easiest way to highlight
is to point and drag with the mouse.
I hope this helps you to streamline your messages from home at
least and get anyone off your back who may be harrassing you. :-/

BTW-I am not at all bothered. We all had to learn this same stuff at
one time or another. Too bad some aren't very patient. :-(
