On pg 25 of the fall/winter 1996-97 Woodwind and Brasswind woodwind catalog
appears the blurb for Rossi instruments. The uppermost picture shows a
mechanism I am unfamilliar with. Is this the Stubbins-Kaspar
make-the-throat-Bb-sound- better-mechanism??? Is this a standard feature of
the Rossi clarinets??
