Tara Publications has the "bible" (pun intended) of Jewish music. There are
several MMO style recordings complete with clarinet parts.
800-824-2400 for their catalog, and use priority code FR-36-001 if you
order anything (my synagogue gets a donation from Tara for orders placed
with that code).

I understand from a hitherto reliable but as yet unconfirmed source that

there is a klezmer recording (CD? LP?) in music-minus-one format. If this
is so, I would appreciate any information regarding title(s) and
availability.
