Frank, in writing about Pino's book brought this to mind:

I read Pino's book a while back. Of course it was a library copy
which doesn't help you a bit...sorry. The most significant thing Pino said,
at least that which sticks in my teflon brain, was about breathing. He
stated that most mistakes are made due to poor breathing and thus a lack of
oxygen to the brain. Though we all make mistakes because we just don't pay
attention, I think his idea has merit. Just a thought. (I'm not a doctor
either nor do I play one on TV.)
