Rob,
I don't know how anyone could possible have a disagreement with Goodman's
interpretation of the Copland as it was written for him. I think the piece
definitely has jazz nuances in it, especially in the cadenza writing. The
piece has a relaxed flow to it that only Goodman could provide.
