Dear Klarineter,
There are no alternate fingerings for G#, but you could go to A + the L.H.
Side key (which I call S2), the second one from the top, I use it quite
frequently. However, G3-Bb shouldn't sound that bad, if you vent the notes
by adding fingerings in the right or left hands. Which ones you add depends
on which is the best and tune and which sounds best. You can even vent with
the R>H> and keep the fingers down while playing the alnternate Bb. Hope
