I recently placed my first order with them for eight clarinet
quartets. Three arrived all shipped from different Pepper
locations. Today I received two letters from them. One said that
two pieces were permanently out of print the other wanted more
information on one of the other pieces (it was right out of there
catalog ?). I don't know what is going on with the other two.
However, they are serious about customer service which is more
than can be said for another place I order from.
