The ultimate scale book which has all the 3 minor modes is
Basic Technique for all saxophones by Jack Snavely- Kendor Publ. $12
It is a phenomenal book even for Clarinet.
The Hite Foundation studies (Southern Publisher) is also a great book based
on the Baermann scale studies.

Includes all the Major, Minor, (Natural, Harmonic, Melodic)
and Chromatic Scales.
