I don't know if it' s still in print but I have a spiral bound book entitled
"Scales for Jazz Improvisation" by Dan Haerle, published by Studio P/R, Inc.
of Lebanon, Indiana which has virtually all the scales. The sections of the
book, reading from the table of contents, are:
Section 1: Modes Generated by the Major Scale
Section II: Modes Generated by the Ascending Melodic Minor Scale
Section III: Symmetrical Altered Scales
Section IV: Miscellaneous Scales (including major pentatonic, minor
pentatonic, blues and modes generated by the harmonic scale).

All of the scales are written in each different key.
