Reeds (in my experience) often go flat as they get old, so if you have
recently started a new reed or reeds after playing for a while on old ones
you may notice higher pitch.

There are many other possibilities, depending on how experienced a player
you are and what time frame the change seems to have occurred over. For
example, at some point in everyone's career, one becomes more sensitive to
pitch and starts to notice things that wouldn't have bothered one the
week/month/year before. Clarinets sometimes change pitch due to a change in
the bore, especially if it's a new clarinet or if you play in cold rooms a
lot. It's hard to say without more specific information...

Perhaps the weather??
