I like:

Tune-A-Day v.1 - starting at about lesson 15 is a great set of lessons
for producing the upper register

T-A-D v.2 - cut time, 6/8 time, triplets, 16ths - lots of good stuff

60 Rambles - Leon Lester - already mentioned
also, "The Advancing Clarinetist"

Melodious and Progressive v.1, ed. David Hite

also duets - Rubank Selected Duets, v.1, and 40 Melodies with the
Accompaniment of a second clarinet, ed. Hite/Southern
