>From time to time, the subject of different music schools comes up on this
list. When I was in high school a hundred years ago, there were two
schools that the serious music students used to talk about: Shenandoah and
Peabody. Fred makes sure that nobody ever forgets about Peabody, but I
can't recall ever seeing anyone mention Shenandoah. Does it still exist?
What kind of reputation does it have? Anybody on the list from there?
