Thanks for your reply and advise. Jessica was diagonised by a local
neurologist ans unfortunitly it is not going away with medicine and not
using the hand. Thus far the "Klarinet" list has supplied names for three
doctors and their clinics, who/which are known for working with musician's
hand problems.
