As to chromatics, one I like is:

In Triplets-

ascending: begin on low F go down a half step and return, doing this on
each step ie: f e f,f# f f#,g f# g, etc up to thumb f

descending: f e eflat, e eflat d, eflat d dflat, etc down to low f

Continue this on each step

As this is mastered you can do multiple octaves and of course,
ultimately the full range of the clarinet
