I'm available to answer questions as time permits (no, I'm not
really bothered, as long as you don't expect an immediate answer).
I use both PCs and Unix systems - but no Macs or mainframes, so
I can't help much with those.

In Eudora Light, I use the mouse to highlight & snip text out
that I don't wish to send back out, interspersing the quoted
text with my comments as necessary. I like to place my comments
near the lines I am responding to. I place the word <snip>
in an area if I'm cutting out large pieces of a message.
