Some of you may not be aware that different systems do not all work
the same way. For instance, the system that I use at work will not let
you snip at all.In addition, no one on campus seems to really
understand the ins and outs of this system. At home, I have been using
Eudora Light, which didn't come with any instructions.I haven't had
time to search through all the pull down boxes to figure out how to
snip. I am sure there are other people on this list who don't know how
to use all the features that any given system might offer. A suggestion
to all who are bothered by others shortcomings in the department of
software usage would be, at the time of your statement of
dissatisfaction, to remember to pass along the commands that are
necessary to accomplish your directive. Those of us who are computer-
challenged will be very appreciative.
