The NMA edition of K. 581 has no reference whatsoever to a basset
clarinet version. In fact, at the time of the release of that
particular volume, the basset clarinet's existence was doubted
by many authorities. Keep in mind that the first suggestion that
Mozart's (or I should say, "Stadler's") clarinet had a range
different from contemporary instruments occurred in a paper by
Dazeley in the 1930s, and it was met with considerable hostility
by many.

After the war, when scholarship got a chance to stand up again,
the NMA was ready to begin publication. The first volume came
out in 1956 and the clarinet quintet followed shortly thereafter.
But the research for the volume was years older than this.

Consequently, no basset clarinet version in the NMA. The concerto
is quite a different story. Many years had gone by. Basset
clarinets were accepted and even being built by a few avant
guarde players and makers.

Personally, I have never seen a printed basset clarinet version of
K. 581 though one may exists somewhere.
