Subj: What to use to clean wood?

I'm fixing up an old Normandy (where did that model fall in Leblanc's
line?). What should I use to clean up the wood. I've already started
cleaning the keys. I will have some repair person do the repad. It's a
Normandy 8 - what ever that means.
