Yes actually rotating the clarinet so that your right hand reaches over a bit
more. This positions the trill keys higher than the water line and avoids
some accumulation. I found on my R-13 that I got used to this within a week
or so with no degradation on speed or agility.

Of course this is not necessary on my LeBlanc LX as they have taken care of
the issue by placing the trill keys intelligently. (Is there a compelling
reason to put them "in the flood plain" on conventional keyed clarinets?)
