I have the main book and the 75, 76-77, and 78 supplements also. I found a
letter in them that I wrote to Mr. Wilkens on October 23, 1982 asking about
future volumes. He replied: "I hvae not done a supplement since the 1978
edition, but plan to do another this winter (1982-83). I will send it as
soon as it is published." I never received anything.
