As a sometime smoker and usually roll-your-owner I can report that
yes, they do exist, although they are not usually used for tobacco.
I believe a popular brand is called "Club" (I may be mistaken) but
the pack may be identified in the better class of "head shop" (can I
say that here?) as being of squarish shape (as opposed to oblong),
rather colorful, with a drawing of a stout, bearded fellow smoking.
