Hi Lori,
Try David Ross at UTEP. He makes chalumeaux in the different keys
and sizes related to the chalumeau family. He does have an e-mail address
but I don't know what it is. Phone # (915) 747-7827 (office). I have his
home # too and will e-mail you individually if you wish.
If he does not have time right now, he can give you the name of
someone else in Germany or England. There are also a couple of makers
here in the states. By the way, his dissertation is a great source of
info on these instruments and the clarinet world of that day.
