David, the recording you are looking for of the P.Gabaye Sonatine is on
the Wilson Audiophile label, #WCD-9127. The clarinetist is Charles West,
pianist is Susan Grace.
For those of you who expressed an interest in the I.Dahl Five Duets for
Clarinet, there is a recording(lp only) available from Crystal Records,
S355. Charles West and I recorded the duets, along with the Gunther
Schuller Duo Sonata(clarinet and bass clarinet), and the Stefan Wolpe
Suite im Hexachord in 1983. The remaining vinyl records in Crystal's
stock can be purchased at a bargain price for those of you who still
have a turntable.
