David,

There is a vinyl LP recording of the Milhaud "Suite" performed by
the Compinsky Trio with Kalman Bloch on Clarinet.

Although I've performed the Gabaye "Sonatine" twice, I regret
that I do not have a recording of either performance. I do however have a
tape of a fine live concert performance of the piece by clarinetist Darryl
Stevens of Boulder, Colorado. If memory serves correctly, the balance of
her ambitious program included Messiaen's "Quartet for the End of Time"
and Spohr's "Six German Songs."
