Noreen,

I have a recording of Eddie Daniels performing the Brahms Quintet with
the Composers String Quartet. Also on the CD is the Weber Clarinet
Quintet. I expect I will hear from more sophisticated members of the
list why this is not a very good rendition, but I must say that I like
it a lot, and it had a lot to do with me falling in love with Brahms
(not to mention Eddie Daniels). I've put it in the handy CD drive of my
computer to listen to as I write this. The recording is on Reference
Recordings. Not too bad for a jazz musician.

Nancy
