Re Edmund White's recent query about "The Weight Lifter" usage for bass
clarinet. I have used the "Weight Lifter" playing bass clarinet for three
years in my clarinet quartet and one year in a seventy five piece concert
band. The 3" x 5" pad is adjustable in height and supports the bell much
more securely than the peg.
Using the "Weight Lifter" I do not need to use a neck strap. These are very
strongly constructed and I recommend them for all instruments.
