I use Johnson's and Johnson's medical tape (the kind you would
put gauze on with). It's about a half inch wide. All you have to do, as
some other members have said about other types of tape, is tear off a
piece and fold it end to end. Actually, it's best if you soften it in
your mouth (by chewing on it) briefly before fitting it to your teeth.
I'm only on my second strip since I started using it in September, so a
roll is probably literally a lifetime supply (and costs around $2.75, if
I remember correctly).
