The Clarinet is a quarterly magazine (and not issued exactly three months
apart, either) so it can be a long time before you hear from them. (There
was an issue around February wasn't there?)

It is my opinion that the ICA should send new members a welcome letter and
the list of back issues and other stuff they have to sell. I believe this
would more than pay for the time and additional work and engender some good
will.
