The editions of the Villa-Lobos trio are notorious for their wrong notes and
other weirdness. One notable example being the 11 measures in bass clef on
the clarinet part. But what a marvelous piece. Regardless, I checked my
Universal edition of the work and the bars in question are still 2 against 3.
Looks like you'll be dipping your fingers in the proverbial fudge bowl. ;-p
