I use a sort of lip cushion, also. I buy a roll of plastic tape from any
store(white colored, preferably); cut off a piece and double stick
together, fold it over and I have an inexpensive cushion. It has been years
since I have had to buy a new roll and I can provide a cushion for my
students this way, also.
