I am looking for a terrific solo arrangement for clarinet and band called
RAHOON by Alfred Reed. It was published about 10 years ago and is now
listed in the Pepper catalog as being POP. We plan on performing this work
during our
1997 Summer Season, with Mr. Curt Ebersole playing the clarinet part.
Mr. Ebersole is the band director at Northern Valley/Old Tappan high
school in Old Tappan, NJ. He is also an active clarinettist and conductor
in New York State, New Jersey, and abroad.

I am also looking for a particular arrangement of a piece found on
Frederick Fennell's recording with the Dallas Wind Symphony "Beachcomber:
Encores for Band." The fourth selection TICO-TICO by Zequinha Abreu was
arranged by Naohiro Iwai specifically for the DWS. It lists the Yamaha
Music Foundation as the publisher, but I am unable to find the arrangement
anywhere (including Pepper).

Although we are looking to purchase either of these two pieces, we would be
delighted if we could borrow them from a willing person or organization.
