Can someone suggest an alternate fingering for a high Eb to F trill?

As a strange coincidence I got a call to do Oliver! and I now understnad
the confusion about the combo scoring. The pit I am playing in only has
two reeds ( 1 & 3 ) and one brass ( Tbone ) , two string ( violin and
Bass ). Oh and drums.
