Seems like a fair enough mistake to think the "back" meant the plane, or
back of the tip. Sometimes things get confusing in the translation. It
seems as though we all need to be a little clearer when typing our
messages for optimal understanding (perhaps less EXCLAMATION POINTS!!;)
Thanks to all who cleared where exactly the nail polish is supposed to go
for those of us who were too scared to ask!

BTW - I have both Moennig and Chadash barrels, although I mostly play on
the Chadash (67,66,65. . .) The Chadash barrels are much different from
the Moennig, cleaner in tone, but less warm than the Moennig for some. i
definitely recommend them. I also believe that Leblanc gives several
barrels (maybe two per instrument?)and I believe they will be doing that
with the new Symphony Leblanc as well.
