Because if it were a little colder where you were playing, you wouldn't
have anywhere to go, short of sawing off a couple of millimeters! Better
to have a little leeway when it comes to tuning. It sucks to be flat and
not able to do anything about it -- trust me, I know from experience! (Of
course, it's really my own fault -- I use a 68mm Moennig!)
