I have a severe arthritis problem in my jaw and on the advice of Phil
Muncy, I purchased a Bradley Perfect Pitch adjustable barrel to help
resolve a flat pitch problem. I also own 4 Buffet barrels from 63mm
to 67mm in length and a Robert Scott barrel at 63mm in length. The
Bradley barrel is, far and away, the best barrel I have ever bought.
I was really concerned that I might have to quit playing all together,
when I contacted Muncy Winds about this alternative. The barrel is
metal, and weighs a litle more than a standard barrel, but the range of
adjustment adds a great amount of time to my musical life. You might
think about giving this barrel a try.
