Send the list owner "keitas@-----.jp" a mail, including your e-mail
address and your introduction. The owner will register you MANUALLY,
so it will take a few days until you've been registered.

However, it seems all subscribers are Japanese (judging from their
profiles) and they post their messages in Japanese. Therefore, I wouldn't
recommend you to subscribing the list, unless you can read Japanese.(or
you have a friend who can read Japanese)

You can read about the "kurafuki" mailing list and the subscribers'
profiles on "http://www.cc.rim.or.jp/~keitas/cl-fuki.(unfortunately, it is
also written in Japanese...)
