I love my neck strap from BG. It is elasticized and it adjusts
much like a sax strap (i.e. with a "buckle"). Since it IS elasticized,
when you adjust the length, you are adjusting the tension. With
non-elasticized straps, when you adjust the length, you are adjusting the
angle of the horn relative to your body. (These don't allow for much
movement at all, and I'm guessing that they actually cause more of the
few neck problems then the elasticized ones.) Incidentally, the
Claricord is also elasticized, but the BG is MUCH more comfortable for
me, and easier to use.
