Bob (Lake), I've tried a couple of avenues for this book, but no luck.
Any suggestions?

One more question:

I have a Boehm system Bb Wurlitzer clarinet. I understand that Herbert
Wurlitzer was *the* name in these instruments, but I think this one has
the name Fritz Wurlitzer. Does anyone know where he fits into the
Wurlitzer picture?
