With proper lip and air support you can gliss to the f# and even
higher using the regular fingerings. Its tough to describe, but you keep
your lip sorta loose-ish and hold the air pressure back in the chest and
stomach (they feel tighter). The fingers do the regular fingerings but
slither off the keys. At first you'll probably get a 'bump' from c to c#,
but with practice it'll smooth out.
