I have just bought a disc with Clarinet music written by Edison
Denisov, born 1929, died for a few months (?), a russian composer,
supported by Dmitri Shostakovich, an educated mathematician, playing
the clarinet himself (not on the disc). The pieces on the disc are the
following:

- Ode (1968) for Clarinet, Piano and Percussion

- Clarinet quintet (1987)

- Concerto for Clarinet and Orchestra (1989)

I'm looking forward to hearing it at home.

The soloist in each piece is Eduard Brunner. Anyone knowing him? What
Clarinet system does he play (Boehm or German/Oehler)?

Thanks

Dirk
