If the clarinet has been pinned properly then it should be OK. Any clarinet
you buy could potentially crack. I have a clarinet that was pinned many
years ago, and it is still perfectly good.
It is possible that the value may be slightly altered, in as much that it
may be more difficult to sell - but the main criteria should be what it
sounds like.
Try to play it for a while and see if there is any sign of the crack
moving, and get it looked at by a competent repairer.
If you like the instrument then the answer is to try and get the price
reduced because of the pinning, and then try to forget about it.

If the crack goes through a tonehole, that tonehole should be properly
bushed to prevent it from leaking. The speaker pipe should be OK though, as
it is already bushed.
