John,
I tried using "Switchboard" for you, but couldn't find anything
conclusive! I figured a name like Cavril would be distinctive enough, but
she seems to be only using "C.", so, as you can imagine, it's hard to tell
which "C. Payne" she might be! There is a Cecil Payne listed in Niagara
Falls, NY, but there's no way to tell whether he's the one you're looking
for!
